Roughing out the blocking for the judgment hall. The staging keeps fighting me — trying a lower camera so the pillars feel like they’re closing in on him. Still scratch, but the beat is finally starting to land. Curious what you all feel here.

How do you keep a Bible story from feeling like a Sunday-school cartoon?

You treat the people as people first. Judges is brutal and human — so we animate the fear and the doubt, not just the miracle. Adult stakes, honest faces.

Both. Key poses by hand so they breathe, then we build the in-betweens digitally. You’ll see the seams on livestreams — that’s the fun part.
